Hello,

here is the texture that Vince asked me to create, its a philadelphia police skin.

The skin is not 100 percent ready yet, i'm planning to change the wheels and to add some lines on the back to lead traffic etc etc.

there are 2 types of philadelphia copcars i made the latest version, good you like it.
