YaoFei - Evading traffic stop

Overview: Today at 4:30pm CET. me and officer Harzy Asked all officers to report to Dukes Police Department as there were alot of reckless drivers, after all officers responded they lined up then we gave them a short briefing about the Organized Patrol. after that we asked them if anyone have a questions as we started answering it. Then officers were assigned to each PC. then we started to move at 4:48pm CET. Dukes/Broker was nearly covered by the officers. we saw some traffic violations and we handled them. only one driver with an Airtug escaped a traffic stop. the units responded very fast and there was a good communication during this chase. at the end the suspect has been surrounded but he was so stubborn and kept running refusing to giveup till we shoot him till death.

at the end We asked the officers to report to dukes police department as it was the end of the Organized patrol
all the officers was did great and acted professionaly.

A well organized patrol no doubt.  Great job to all and especially to Officers Harzy and Toreto for showing their great initiative.
