RECRUITMENT ON HOLD

Dear players,

Personnel Management Division, Training Division and the SAPD High Command team is working together on the necessary changes, which will be implemented once all the things that have to be changed will be re-worked. We're working hardly replace the current recruiting system with another one that will fit the Community of Argonath better. We are sorry for any inconveniences that might have occurred.

Currently we do not know when the recruitment will open again but we'll announce it once the new system is implemented.

The recruitment is currently open, however due to the work being done to the academy, we're not accepting any more applicants until the academy is fully done.
The current applications are still being reviewed, new applications still may be posted.

Clarification to the daily patrol reports.
The patrol reports are require during your application process, but you aren't obliged to post it daily. It shows us you're interested, and not doing so will make us feel you're not and we'll start questioning you in the application. Failure to respond to the activity request and leaving your application dead without patrol reports will decrease your chances of acceptance and even lead to denial.

Recruitment will remain open, however we'll not hire anyone for atleast a week until our academy has been reformed to acommodate our new rank structure.

   Public announcement on behalf of the SAPD Academy & Recruitment,

The San Andreas Police Department Academy & Recruitment Division is currently undergoing some changes, as of recently the new Academy Leader Jason J. Dilworth has been appointed to overhaul the current academy. As such a new team has been hired and changes are currently undergoing on various sections of the Academy. With those comes a new change in the structure of the recruitment process which is now handled by the Academy rather than having two separate divisions as it was in the past. The changes to the recruitment stages can be found here (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=39295.0), and there was a small modification to the application format (Every application must now be titled "SAPD Application - Firstname Surname").

We are continuously improving the academy and there still much to be done as a result the current applications will be processed at a slower pace due to the changes in the Academy. Lastly, I am also clarifying that you are no longer required to post patrol reports on your application, after submitting the application you should only reply to messages sent by the Academy division.

   Citizens of the State of San Andreas,

   
This is an announcement on behalf of the Academy & Recruitment division. The Department will be hosting two open recruitment days which will take place on the dates below. These two days will allow inspiring police officers to come into the Los Santos Police Department and conduct an Interview and a quick background test with a member of the academy and recruitment division or with a commanding officer. If you successfully complete this interview you will be assigned the rank of Police Officer I in Wave #39, where you will be placed straight into the core of the police academy to learn to become a fully fledged officer.

Dates ((/td)):
Friday the 29th at 20:30CET
Saturday the 30th at 15:30CET

Each session will last a total amount of 1 to 3 hours depending on the influx of interviews. This is a limited time event, which will most likely not be repeated.
