LCPD Organized Speedtraps

Leader of Organized Speedtraps:
LCPD Officer Neal Caffrey

Date & Time of Setup:
27/10/2015 - 40 minutes+

Areas of which speedtrap were setup:

Area 1; Officer Gamer - Outlook
Area 2: Officer Nick Smith - MGS
Area 3: Officer Neal Caffrey - Duke police department



Vehicles stopped:
MWDriver - Black comet - Evaded the Traffic stop

Atteding Law Enforcement Officers:
Gamer
Nick Smith
Neal Caffrey

Conclusion:
the trap was organized perfectly and we acted professionally and pulled over a really wanted law breaker, he refused to comply and Evaded the Traffic stop, the officers enjoyed it and we avoided all the speeders and communicated well and smoothly.
