Garry is a good roleplayer, knows what he's doing, and he likes train and learn. I could see him as a new SAPD employee, and training would be a great benefit for him.

gary is a good rper and good with folowing orders but somtimes he cant follow some stuff as in if he arrives on scene and sees somone laying on the ground ((me i was going to commit suside off duty coz i had nothing to do and the cops were bored )) so 1 officer arrived on scene and defused the suside ((grabed me off the ledge then that officer crashed when i was on the ground )) then Gary came and starting to act as if i was having a heart attack i was like dude i am not having a heart attack i was going to commit suside and then the officer that came back updating him on the sitturation and he rolled pleayed fine from there on

There's alot I can say about him. He's a great police officer, an amazing roleplayer, and he has the skills that most officers need to survive and safely enforce the law in Argonath. He's definitely worth recruiting and promoting.

although he isnt an official student he wanted to be part in the training,
and learn everything about the laws,

i hope you havent been looking at my trainings  ;)

but its good im not alone,
seeing he is VCPD cadet will mean he got some experience,
although i dont know if the practic is the same in VC and SA,
i dont know his in field work,
but he got the right spirit to get up

VC:MP division operates quite similiarly to SA:MP one, no doubt that having experience in VC:MP division will be a great plus when you join SA:MP.

I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

I believe you need more time to get an idea how SAPD operates (we the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

I've played with him on Argonath SA:MP, and also on VC:MP.

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of  this as we use cover names too!).

You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.

Well i have a falid reason why i failed that part of the exam reason My father is a fat strict man he beats me although im old enough to defend my self and bans me for no apparent reason the only reason i abide by these rules was because in the bible says obey your parents and you may have long life. i was scared that my father may bann me for  longer period but i no longer have to worry he havebanned me for the whole vaccation
