Report against:
[TCL]Taseen - Failure to read Miranda Rights before jailing
Lawrence Kolta - Failure to read Miranda Rights before jailing
Description of events:
Today on 12-08-2015 I was arrested by officers [TCL]Taseen and Lawrence Kolta not really sure what for because they never told me what my crimes were. They detained me and placed me inside of the police car without even searching me. In addition they failed to read me my rights before placing me behind bars at the Los Venturas Police Department. Since the Miranda Rights were not read this means that it turns into a false arrest by both officers and whatever crimes they have placed or charged on me shall be invalid.

Through out this 24 hours, this report has been investigated by myself and the help of Chief Rashid King.
I've reached a conclusion after speaking with a representative of the court and several CMD members.
Conclusion:
- The officers did not break any regulations regarding the Miranda rights.
- Since no questioning took place, the usage of Miranda rights where not needed in this case - Confirmed by court officials.
- The officers should have given the suspect the reason of arrest, and the department will take a further look into this, including talking with the officers in question about this situation.
Signed;
Lieutenant Celso Williams
Chief Rashid King.
