Title: Police Caution - Slavik Kolta - License witheld pending medical evidence

On

the 5th of January 2016

A Mr Slavik Kolta was witnessed by PC Monte Montague driving a red NRG across pershing sq.
Upon investigation Mr Slavik Kolta accepted his wrong doing and said it was caused by selective blindness, a medical condition.

Officer Monte Montague has retained his license and it is stored inside LSPD.

Mr Slavik Kolta has been cautioned against driving until he can provide medical evidence to prove he is fit to drive.

We as police currently do not have the power to revoke licenses from civilians, no matter the violation. Therefor this act was illegal and you are hereby verbally warned not to do it again. I personally support your enthusiasm and commitment to police work however I'd like to ask you to do me a favor, and read over both the constitution and regulations once more.
