When did you join Argonath RPG? 2 Weeks Ago.
How long have you played VC:MP? 12 Years.
On average, how many hours a week do you play on Argonath VC:MP? 15 Hours.

Why do you want to join the VCPD? Because Iam Head Shooter And I Will Break Wanted Down With My Head Shots.
What areas of police work do you most enjoy?  Head.Shots.
What can you contribute to the VCPD? I Have Good Skills.

I would suggest you to stop acting up, running all over the place. Also mean-mugging a VCPD officer who's trying to give you a tip in the near-future.

He is from server DM, how can he good at RP ? He will make some bad behavior and you'll see

If you have nothing constructive to add, then don't post. Most of the server's players do have a DM background but are able to play AND work excellent roleplay scenarios. There are many who also do not have English as their main language, yet they have learned it over time. If he does not make it in VCPD, that's his own problem, but he should be given the chance to join. We'll always be making an effort to help new players with English and roleplaying skills should they need it.

Further toxic behavior not only here but in any application will be punished severely. If you do have concrete evidence of misbehavior on duty, report in the correct section. If you see an applicant/officer breaking the server rules, report to the server's administration.

Can somebody give me a sitrep on the cadets activity? Haven't seen him in game for quite a while, and from the looks of it, the application is very dead.

You are currently not meeting the activity requirements that is expected of you as a VCPD Cadet. In order to graduate from the Academy you must improve your activity ingame. If you fail to improve your activity you will be dismissed from the Academy.

Lack of interest shown within the Academy Unreported Inactivity You are welcome to re-apply whenever you wish, if you find that you are better suited in future. Take a look over the VCPD guides, and perhaps you could gain additional experience from fellow officers to help expand your knowledge and abilities as a police operative.
