Title: VCPD: Reaper
Post by: Marcell on March 01, 2016, 00:27:50 am
In-game name: Reaper
Past names: [IT]Marcell, John_Wayne, TJ sucker. [EAF]Marcell
When did you join Argonath RPG? 2011
How long have you played VC:MP? 5 years
On average, how many hours a week do you play on Argonath VC:MP? From 10 to 30

Why do you want to join the VCPD? I see that despite huge improvement in VCPD, criminals still gained the upper hand and soon it will be too late to effectively combat their operations. Bringing advanced experience on the field, I'm able to predict both what a typical cop or a criminal would do in any situation.
What areas of police work do you most enjoy? SWAT deployment, FBI-VCPD collaborations, drug busts, crackdowns
What can you contribute to the VCPD? Serious experience how everything works, the only way you can get rid of criminals is to know them inside and out - something I can provide. At same time I know classic cop mistakes so I'd be able to correct most less experienced officers.
Have you read the official guidelines and do you agree to adhere to them? Yes

EDIT: lol, posted this in rejected section, someone move it plz

Naturally I'm less inclined to reinstate you within the Academy after you were previously dismissed from the department for poor behavior.

I don't know how my ban had anything to do with VCPD, but sure it's understandable.

I'm not talking about your ban, but your inability to follow correct procedures.

How so? I passed my training with good scores.

Cadet has been given an official warning for breaking police procedures by using hunter against civilians in a vehicle / on-foot. This includes firing missiles. You have one chance left to prove yourself.

We wish to keep our professional standards intact so if you cannot follow simple procedures then I cannot accept you. If you are willing to follow the guidelines and listen to senior officers then I may give you another chance.

Of course. That was 5 months ago, I'm willing to become a real professional now.

Thank you senior officer Brian. That was a great session, taught me alot.
Your combat skills far exceed that of most other officers in this department, there was almost no doubt that you would get a perfect score.

The cadet was found accepting bribes.
Evidence, in case you need it:

This looks confusing, I'll say that much, but do you have any pictures of the actual bribe being given? So far it's him accepting a pack but it doesn't show the situation/location and why. Furthermore, it doesn't show the cadet being on police duty at the time.

Also, doesn't look like you roleplayed getting this evidence... its just logs.

at 17:32:30 Reaper admits that he went cop to pretend he was stopping the smugglers just to get a cut of the rewards.

The lack of roleplay collecting the evidence is a fault on r0binX's part, but the logs do prove some sort of corruptcy.
Let's wait and see what Cadet Reaper has to say about this situation.

I don't have to explain myself at all in this case, there's zero actual evidence of anything. Learn how to make a proper report. You might as well just have taken a screen of me giving someone a legally acquired shotgun while off-duty and then accused me of saying I'm some master weapons dealer.  Chat logs don't prove anything - if I just call someone and say I'm a corrupt chief of VCPD it doesn't make it true just cause you screenshot it.

PS: It's impossible to take/give packs as a cop.
PS2: you realize by listing Debin/Sean as a witness there would have to be a proper court case? where both of them are sentenced for smuggling......seriously dude think before you post something lol

So you denying it? You indeed went off-duty intentionally to save the smugglers. Didn't you?
Why else would a cadet whose is in the academy waste a chance to kill the smugglers?

You might as well just have taken a screen of me giving someone a legally acquired shotgun while off-duty and then accused me of saying I'm some master weapons dealer.
Its not the case here. You wen't off-duty to save the smugglers.

Chat logs don't prove anything - if I just call someone and say I'm a corrupt chief of VCPD it doesn't make it true just cause you screenshot it.
In case of a flame war report or a racist report, chat logs indeed play vital roles. And so, you can't just deny it.

Chat logs only play a role in rulebreak situations. Thus, I don't even have to explain a single word to you, no matter what happened. Learn how to roleplay before you report someone for a roleplay reason.

I'll confirm that chatlogs cannot be used in an RP court case or a report for an RP crime such as corruptness. In future if you want to get evidence of corruptness you must take ingame screenshots and then send that evidence to the FBI in secret. Reaper is well aware of his duties as a police officer. If he is found to be corrupt he will suffer largely at the hands of the FBI. It's their job (within roleplay) to deal with such. Outside chatlogs like those posted on this thread cannot be put forward as evidence since there was no roleplay involved (using wires to collect the evidence etc).
