ARPD Report
28.03.2016
I have stopped a what appeared to be a drunk driver who was driving on the wrong side of the road, he was blocking the highway, after his complete obediance, allowing me to test his blood alcohol levels I let him go with a warning.

I would suggest finding a different line of work then. Being in VCPD will require you to undergo combat training and be efficient enough with guns to tackle armed criminals. In Vice City there arn't many unarmed criminals so chances are you'll need to use your weapon 90 percent of the time.

Hmm. Okay than I will become a veterinarian because I am using a trackpad and I can't shoot on this thing (actually when I click fire it gets stuck and I can't stop firing).
Since forever ago I tried to do everything peacefully, back when I was stationed in San Andreas I was known to talk myself out of situations, even with high levels of gang activity, I assume Vice City is different because I have no experience with mafias, though I was competent fighting of Ballas from the NBA, GSF but than again I had a lot of people that did respond to my pleas for help.
If I can't do my line of work peacefully I assume it isn't the right line of work for me. I prefer patroling to chasing and handing out tickets to shooting.

I must than sadly resign. Thank you for your response.
