The day has sadly come.. I am right now leaving VCPD. Oh, how the time has passed. I remember how I started my academy sessions on 11th April 2014 and then got to the Officer rank in 13th April 2014. I was really excited abut this and I edited my desk right away. I then eagerly started working on it, posting patrol reports of events that happened on duty. I remember a lovely patrol back on 25th June 2014, where even the Chief himself was present. After that the server started pretty much being down, but I remember some really cool patrols towards the end of August, where I was even involved with the FBI. I also received an assignment at that time and I started completing it. The ARPD forums went down on 20th August due to a potential hacker threat. Once they were up again, at the beginning of October, I submitted my assignment's content and a whole lot of patrol reports. My double assignment was graded with a "C" mark at the beginning of November by ex-Senior Officer PulseEffect.
My activity hasn't been too remarkable in the first half of 2015. Once the server was finally re-released on 25th July 2015, I tried to gain actvity once again. I was shortly afterwards promoted to Senior Officer. I enjoyed my new duties, such as assignment giving/rating and giving sessions to cadets.
I even handled an assignment wave of my own, which started on 23th April 2016 and ended one month afterwards. I finally got to the rank I dreamt of, Sergeant, on 20th June 2016. I handled a few Cadets and made a few assignment reports after that as well.
I can also gladly recall finishing the long-lasting VCPD Handbook project, writing a brand new Academy system (which was way too complex) and also contributing with other small things.
Unfortunately, as the time has passed, I noticed a decrease in IG activity. I no longer see myself as a valuable asset within VCPD due to this activity. I rather just leave and let someone else more active handle the stuff instead of holding onto my rank uselessly. I know that there aren't many things to be proud of while I was a Sergeant.
I wish good luck to either Reaper or Salmonella. I hope that one of them will reach the Chief rank and lead this department to success.
In these 2 years, I managed to get a whole VCPD folder with my work and the work of other officers. I am currently storing it on my Google Drive account and it is ready to be shared with any of the current officers if they're interested.
Farewell, VCPD! You will be missed. :(

Thanks for all the effort, especially on the forum. You've grown a lot since you started but activity's always been problematic as you pointed out.
I hope you'll do great at school, but dude, don't exhaust yourself too much. There's more to life than academics.
