You've shown you can learn from your mistakes and you're a decent addition to VCPD now. My only complaint is for you to get more organized before any chases happen etc. I'm tired of hearing 'theres no helis' feel responsible for those helis in the first place - make sure you remember where are they available, etc. Learn some non-vcpd vehicle spawns too, it's essential during chases.
