You have shown mediocre performance and have failed the entry exam with a 45 score. You accidentally injured another Officer on the field. Even though accidental, this is unacceptable. Officers must use their weapons with extreme caution and take clean shots. Remember you are to serve and protect. Putting civilians and fellow officers in danger is not acceptable.
