i was very Inactive Just 1h per week Thats Why and i think that leaving In this Mmoment will be good So today its Holiday No School anymore and I miss how VCPD work And all this Thats Why

Dear Cadet,

You have shown horrendous performance and received a 20 score.
A few things to note, there's quite many weakspots to both you and Kiki. There's an enormous lack in driving discipline, flipping cars and hitting every lamppost while doing minimal damage to the suspect. Take this as a lesson and start learning how to drive correctly, we have faith in you that you can do it.

You have shown horrendous performance and received a 10 score.
You have not improved at all since your previous pursuit session. I drove by the speed limit, yet you failed to corner me even once. You bumped into buildings, lampposts and pretty much every other stationary object, all at unnecessary moments. I'm starting to feel like you're better off gaining experience as an ARPD Officer due to your inability to learn from your mistakes on short terms.

Stubbornity isn't going to get you anywhere, cadet. Neither is this cocky attitude. Before you can improve you must first recognize that you're horrendous at pursuing anyone.
There's been so many people with both computer lag and internet lag FAR WORSE than yours that have managed to be formidable at chasing. Han is an example, Fuzzie is an example... Internet lag only works to your advantage. Computer lag shouldn't be a problem in a game like Vice City since you can run GTA:IV.

Fact of the matter is, Cadet, that your driving is so horrible that I could probably out run you on-foot while you chase me with a cruiser. This is highly unacceptable for a proper officer of the VCPD and you will have to get better.
I suggest you do not request another pursuit session until you've learned how to stay on the road at the very least or you risk your academy run to be terminated.
