We're facing a bit of a shortage on training time at the moment. Authorized officers are often busy because of the current state of the server, namely the amount of crime going on lately.

Lemme tell you more cadet, I am online most of time but due to increased rate of crimes. I don't even have a time to clean up my desk so cadet I guess you'll understand the situation.
