Reasons: Unacceptable Behaviour

Evidence: When I talk to him whatever, he just starts to flame me.

This has nothing to do with Reaper's involvement in the VCPD and he wasn't even on duty when he said these things.

On top of that, things are being taken out of context. Context which logs that the administration has access to could provide.

This is an administrative case, not an ARPD related case.

As for flaming, the only flaming happening in the provided screenshot is you saying calling him an 'asshole'.
