Complaint on Sargent Jimmy Hawkins

i was on duty,we got call about suspect,suspect stand still and with shotgun in his hand,officer opened fire on standing su i shot his armour 1 shot and get cop banned!
Its not fair.!

He didn't open fire at all and I didnt see him take out a gun, I think it was fair.

Could Sergeant Hawkins respond to this report stating what happened? I would like to understand what exactly prompted him to suspend the complainant, and not verbally warn him.

First of all I would like to say that after a short time the report has been filled against me, the officer has sent me a PM and apologize to me for his behavior and that he deserves this suspension.

Then.

After I arrived on scene to the suspect, we were around 5-6 officers on scene. The suspect was standing still, doing absolutely nothing, because he was talking to an admin or something. After like 3-5 seconds after I got out of my vehicle, officer FluffyDude and Stefan started to shoot the suspect with no reason leading him to his death. In my opinion they've been long enough on the field, and seen many scenarios like these to know well enough not to do this. It's time for us, the command staff, to take serious actions against those who have been long enough on the field and don't take their job seriously.

First of all Sarg i took care of my job and i want to do my job like professional.I did shot 1 time su but only for his armour nothing more and i apologize for my behavior.I deserve suspension i disobey the order that shouldnt happend.I didnt kill suspect thats all i want to say.And good work sarg ! you are great sarg it was right thing to do to copban me! I offer my sincerely apologize for what i did.It wont happend agin!

As the complainant has admited his faults to the situation, and has forwarded which seems to be a sincere apology, the complaint is officially closed. If the complainant has any objection, please do forward a letter to the Internal Affairs Division.
