Hello im there for reporting Von Neuman Cadet he was kidnaping me  , He is cadet too so is not allowed to do Crimes i got those from my chatlogs :

I am suprised to know that you have not shown some of the chatlogs. Staying in RP is too hard?

How could you not add that chatlog where I wrote "my face would be covered". How do you know my name and my rank then? You just made the whole RP situation nothing. I feel sorry for you. Here is the proof,

YOU disabled your PM when I was arguing with you about your mistake and tried to be innocent about the removed chatlog,GG fellow argonathian.
 
Your stinking poor roleplay only speaks against you. You called for backup via PM while I was there RPing with you. How low could one get? How about I report you to administration for performing "disgusting" roleplay? And yes I will report you for that.

Comments removed, please avoid posting unless you are directly involved with the case or requested.

As for the report, this is a roleplay server and I would advise you to roleplay with people trying to do so with you instead of asking for help over group chats in foreign languages and ignore everything until your buddies arrive, after all that can be a rulebreak. It seems that you have also removed the chat part where Von claims that his face is covered. Nobody is forced to roleplay an "off-duty cop" while they are not on police duty, especially low ranks, such rule would apply for command members like it always has, however it would cause an issue if members are committing crimes often, (involving themselves with shootouts, constantly getting in trouble with the cops, get themselves wanted for murder etc) that is when we will have a talk with them and ask them to make a decision as that would directly affect their work and activity within SAPD and might give out a bad image. If such cases re-occur in the future make sure to gather proper roleplay evidence and open an Internal Affairs complaint (unless its something constant as stated previously), where IA members will investigate it and see if there is a connection and evaluate the severity of the crime.

 :ps: Also not sure how you came up with the conclusion that he was kidnapping you, I cannot see anything like that from the chatlogs.
