Title: Resignation - Derek Carter
Post by: Derek. on June 04, 2017, 01:09:38 am
I ll keep this short this time, after I came back, I tried to make things work in SAPD by offering my help to change the toxic copycated structure. As SAPD is very well micromanaged, that's quite impossible, thus this topic. One thing that also derranged me is that, entering divisions isn't about skills, but more of friendships and relations.

Unassigned badge number, over and out.

Not really, just some people got to be watched a little bit more if they have showed their malicious intentions in the past such as admitting the only reason they want to join specific divisions is only for /weaponequip rights.
Thanks for your efforts and wish you the best in FBI/Carter nonetheless.

So true, good luck Derek.
If so then we might have to remove you from your current divisions. :police:

I don't care, you can remove me from STAR, even from department. Waiting 6 months to join some divisions and still waiting is unacceptable.

Apparently, joining a division for its benefits is strictly prohibited, but acting corrupt, wearing masks on duty and kidnapping people is not, is it, @Chester?

Probably you havent done something straight as you are supposed to, which did not qualify you to join the division. Divisions are not supposed to accept who waits longer, but who is worth getting in. (Yes, that's a big hint which i hope you take into consideration.)

I hope you reconsider your resignation, as we have talked... if you are going to continue with it, then I wish you rhe best in future plans, and I hope we staymin touch.

It is acceptable, especially when it's an Invite only division. Instead of complaining, work hard for it. I waited forfor around 5 months since my letter of interest to actually get invited in SWAT.

Apparently, joining a division for its benefits is strictly prohibited, but acting corrupt, wearing masks on duty and kidnapping people is not, is it, @Chester?

There is something called an operation, Derek, if you ever attended a proper one. Acting corrupt and being corrupt are two very different things. I like to test those around me and someone who finds complaining as a solution out of every other solution is not worthy. And no one has been kidnapped, yet. There are certain operations, especially divisional ones which require confidentiality. Spaking of which, I wonder how FBI got to know about IAD structure and how it works after you got in, even though as far as I know there is a contract signed that disallows you to do so.

Good luck.
