Letter of Notice

An shadowed figure, shielding behind an black overcoat with SAPD markings treds up through the street in black boots, reaching the small flight of stairs to the Los Santos Police Department. Before entering he pauses at an informal notice pinned on the wall. After taking a few moments to read the notice, he takes out a black marker and a note-pad, tearing off a peice of the paper after writing the following;

"Organizer,

I request the following information on behalf of the San Andreas Police Department to better secure and safe-guard your protest, the less time you leave us to act, the more disorganized events will unravel, please reply within the next day with regards to the following information, thank you.

The figure pins the notice on the wall using the pin that was already in place.

You've stated the protest will be taking place in three days, now just to confirm, do you mean tonight? (Wednesday) or Thursday, i'm a little unclear on if you're counting the day you posted as a count-down date.

I'm a little bit confused. Was the protest yesterday (05/02/09) or today (06/02/09)? If it's today I may be able to come depending on the time.

Okey.

The time of the Protest WILL be at..

18:00CET - 7/02/2009.

That means tommorow, I hope this complies with the rules, as SAPD already knew that they would be expecting this protest.. if not, I can try to move it again.

wtf, thats totally off topic?

Not really. SATP is a SAPD subdivision. This event is supposed to happen exactly one hour before that one. I was stating that both events within an hour of one another will lead to an interesting day, considering police are involved in both of them.

there have been 2 protestings,

1 on 18:00 and 1 against ARPD at 20:00
it staid pretty calm,
although not much cops were present at the cityhall,
i was even the highest ranked at the formation,
lots of cops found it really hard to follow: stay in formation command,

but we had it under control, and after a while all cops found out what
stay in formation means, well done

and pictures, i heard someone had some, so we will see later maybe
