Due to your continuous efforts and dedication that once again amazes us, me and Sergeant Sevrin have discused the situation and have decided to give you another go. You are from this moment on reinstated to the academy of Vice City Police Department, however, your progress within it has been reset and you will have to re-take each session. This, however, is a very rare exception within the academy and we really hope that this time you will not waste this chance.

Dear Cadet,
I would like to inform you that you have failed your Session No. 1 General Knowledge.
You have shown a poor performance by looking at forums to find the answer of my question which is considered as cheating. I just asked my first question about a code and you rushed to forums to find out the answer. It is totally unacceptable and can not be tolerated. Go through the VCPD academy boards and read everything once again and post a "read and understood" on the topics.
I was heading straight to reject you for this act but I considered giving you last chance to prove that you are eligible for our prestigious department. If you face any difficulties, just ask us or any other officers, we will surely help you. Do not disappoint me like this ever again.

Review all academy topics for your final patrol. There is not set date for it and it might happen when you least expect.

You are hereby warned for not meeting expectations during final patrol. Your stay within the academy has been a long one, yet, after evaluating you today, I saw many flaws that make me question how seriously you take what you have learned.
1) First of all, improve your driving. Stop driving like a maniac when not on response. Stop ramming other people in pursuits.
Your pursuit efficiency needs to improve. You had a suspect at Little Havana, yet kept changing directions, unsure where to go. Poor knowledge of locations might have had a role in this. Next up, we had a 911 of a person being assaulted. You were told the suspects in Viceport, yet kept going God knows where. With such delay in arrival, the caller could have been killed. Viceport was literally right next to you and it took you two minutes to respond. Next up we went to search for the attacker, who was known to be in Viceport. You searched it and concluded he's not there, even though all I had to do was hit F5 to see that the attackers blip was purple, and then saw a purple blip on the minimap right next to you. Use common sense.
2) While I understand that your English is not the best, I am sure you are able to use full sentences during roleplay. "wat happened" or "y are u here" is not a valid language to be used during roleplays. You've been here long enough to learn the basic ability to roleplay in English, not to mention such interactions with citizens are not acceptable for a VCPD Officer candidate. Take the RP's more seriously.
On the positive side, your combat skills have improved greatly and I am impressed. I have nothing negative to say about them/
While the status of your abilities may have been sufficient for joining the academy, to graduate the academy we have far higher demands. I cannot promote you to officer with such flaws present. This is an official warning to tackle these flaws. We will re-take your officers exam when you feel like you have improved upon them, however, not later than in a week.
You've already been a cadet for way too long and shown little interest in progressing. Another failure will result in removal from the VCPD. It is time we conclude this: you either will become an officer, or you wont.

Good job on the kidnapping situation today and the situations that followed suit. I was satisfied today with VCPD's performance. This is how we're supposed to deal with situations - with tactical approaches and no on the wim decisions!

Your final patrol has been concluded and there was not any kind of major mistakes conducted by you. You are skilled in professionalism, all the VCPD criteria an officer should know, you are the most dedicated official I've seen in my career.
