When did you join Argonath RPG? About 4 Years back
How long have you played VC:MP? 4 years
On average, how many hours a week do you play on Argonath VC:MP? 7 hours a week during School
Why do you want to join the VCPD?  I have been part of the force in the past but was kicked for in-activity, Now i'm back on track and want to join again
Which areas of police work do you most enjoy? Patrol, Pursuits.
How can you contribute to the VCPD? I can contribute my time and skills
Have you read the official guidelines and do you agree to adhere to them? Yes

Assignment End: 05/09/2017

1) Due to complete failure to follow the official VCPD Procedures, pursuit tactics to be more exact, during todays pursuit, you're issued an assignment.
In order to complete this assignment, you have to read the Pursuit Tactics available in the Academy topic, post a read and understood notice (which should have been the first thing done after being accepted in the academy) and write an essay of minimum two hundred words on how a proper pursuit should be handled, and how todays pursuit should have been handled according to Pursuit Tactics. Once again, failure to aknowledge pursuit tactics has led to an embarassment of a pursuit, and this will not be tolerated. This part of the assignment is to be completed in 48 hours.

2) In addition to disciplinary desk work, you're also to perform an hour long foot patrol. You're to post a detailed report of the mentioned foot patrol, including screenshots, detailed description of what you come by. This part of the assignment is to be completed till 05/09/2017.

Achieving less than 70 percent evaluation of your assignment will result in additional assignments.
No further academy progress is to be made until first part of the assignment is complete.

Sorry for the delayed reply.

31/8/17 Thursday.
A suspect was on the run whilst a ton-load of cops were forming a convoy behind him, which included me and other cadets.
After a 20+ minute chase, the suspect escaped. This occurred because many of the pursuits tactics were not followed

After reading the Pursuit tactics, I have discovered what my mistakes were. While the primary unit keeps chasing the suspect,  The other cops should have gone for intercepting, which was not done in this case. The roadblock were not done, The Ariel unit was not updating locations and caused chaos.

It would have ended far more easily if the pursuit tactics were followed correct

You were one of the fine officers we had in past but you could not continue due to your activity issues, well everyone have them on certain conditions but like Deputy said,

Failure to meet the extended deadline will be taken as complete lack of interest and you will be removed from the academy. We regret to inform you that your application has been denied. At this point in time, we feel that you may not yet be ready to join the Vice City Police Department. Given that you disappoint us once again with the same misconduct, I am afraid I have no choice but to act upon my words. You are welcome to re-apply no sooner than 1st of January, 2018, This extended removal is in effect due to Cadets previous misconduct of similar nature.
