Ok so my question is can i join arpd in samp if im in arpd in vcmp? cos i wanna apply for samp

Because they are two separate PD's, you must fill an application for SAPD if you want to join there

That's a good question to bring up. If I remember correctly, a long time ago you weren't allowed to be in more than one division of ARPD due to ARPD members being afraid of user inactivity when they switch between servers. Glad this is allowed now though because I'm trying to become an officer or higher in every server! :cop:
