I Founded something in VCMP files,There is a Cop bike File,New Cop car File,Diablo Stallion Files,But what is '' Cartel Rancher''  :wow:

Cartel Rancher was planned to be used in a mini-mission that never came.

Maybe we'll find use for it in the future and if not, we'll probably get rid of it :(
