I would like to begin by stating that the Recruitment Unit of the San Andreas Police Department feels thankful for your interest in joining the Department. Unfortunately, it has been decided that your application does not meet the requirements for acceptance. Subsequently, your application is DENIED for the reason(s) below.

• Update your application title to Firstname Lastname, not Nickname.
• Question 3, Section I, update your roleplay Lastname.
• Question 4, Section I, update your gender.
• Question 5, Section I, requires your DATE of BIRTH (DD/MM/YYYY)
• Question 11, Section II, try to remember and list all your previous in game names.
• Section III and IV are totally missing.
