You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of this as we use cover names too!).
Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime. This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.
U need now to applie for an SAPD Academy Class (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=3189.0) and wait to become accepted, after accepted to a class contact ur trainer.
Remember we will contact you, not the other way round for Examens/final test.

he just causes others to ruin the car they use(stops in middle of road right in front of others who got no chance stop anymore)
and when Sergeant Darkraven punished him for this behaviour with community service,

enough ppl who have seen this or parts of it(zun, but he helps john, dark and whole server saw all flamings)
after this he also went off duty, and said good bye to his ARPD carreer.

Oh my god Bianconeri, how the hell did you manage to get Sergeant status with your total immature behavior?
First of all, John didn't stop in the middle of the road, he slowed down just to make a turn, and you drove straight into him.
And then he told you to pullover, and then he attempted to fine you, which you refused several times, therefore he suspected you for "Failure To Comply" ( Or something similar to that ).
Then you started over and over and over with your childish whining, you cried and moaned like a little baby and that makes me angry as hell.
Then John were going to get punished for his actions when he just did his job.
Yes, it was DarkRaven who ordered that, because he probably thought that a Seargent wouldn't lie..
I give all my respect to DarkRaven, and he's a REALLY good officer, but this time he was wrong in his actings.
I see you, Bianconeri as a lying child who is trying to get attention.
Officer DarkRaven can probably aid me on my thoughts that you got a childish RP and that you can't act mature and therefor you should not be in such a high rank in the ARPD as you are now.
And learn the Police Rules also.

Story: When i came to Los Santos Police Department, i noticed that half-naked woman named Bianca ((Bianconeri)) and John_Neverdale were arguing, about something. As i approached to them, i found out that Bianca and Cadet Neverdale came into somekind of a car crash, and Mike_Johnson suspected her for that. She claimed it's an abuse, and i tried to sort it out. I came into LSPD With them, and after further questioning, i found out two sides of stories.

Right down the black pit is where you are heading, straight down.
John slowed down to make a turn, as we proper RPers do. ( Term does not belong at Argonath. )
But then he gets punished for it, just because Bianconeri says so? Who was the officer on duty? JOHN was.
Suspend me from active duty, I don't f**king care as I don't play at Argonath anymore.
One advice: Don't give ranks away for free.
I do not say I'm better than any of you here, but I've been here longer than most of the guys reading this post right now, so I know how good ARPD was, and how good it can be.
