Hello Me Ragnar Lothbrok are now resigning my position in Los Santos Police Department.
The reason of this is pretty obvious. All i've doing since my start in SAPD was to make a better reputation of it, And in my opinion , i did it good.
To make a long story short instead of getting appreciation, i got shit back. Thinking that i am abusing my rights of being a Cadet without telling me any reason.
Talking with an attitude that i'm dumb, and that all i'm doing is abusing and dissrespecting people is totally, sorry my language but it's totally BULLSHIT!
I had proof about my work here in SAPD, but got refused to lissten on. I recived a warn, wich was totally unfair. So i decided to leave my position.
It will be better like this. For both sides.

Seeing you leaving instead of being able to improve yourself after you have shown disrespectfull behavior towards fellow officer who try to teach you something isn't something what I call unfair. Good luck with whatever you choose to do in future.

Dissrespectfull ? Since i tried to explain to you the situtation and you refused to lissten. There is nothing else to do!
But let me try once again.. He has been in such a child mode these two weeks, trolling/insulting around.
As you saw yourself on the radio, he talked with an attitude like, ( ey reetard change your callsing) WICH i respond with , I am already solving it with Jake, you don't have to tell me because im already sick/tired of you and made ->)) wich meant OOC ..
As i said, to make a long story short, i decided to leave.

I saw what happened on the radio and I can't say I agree that anybody was disrespecting you; You just didn't want to listen to the advice of an SAPD Recruit. Your problem, not his.

You know how you should handle if people misbehave, you come up to the Command staff, your behavior on the radio was just disrespectfull as he was trying to teach you how you should be done cuz tho, what you were using on the radio I'm sure everyone was laughing at that. He is a recruit but as I mentioned he knows alot more than you do and in that case you should take his advice, Im Sergeant but learn even more from everyone around you hsould accept that, your resignation just confirms that you are not able to improve yourself cuz of a lower ranked person and thats exactly what I mentioned you.

Its true. I have been in the same situation as you before when I was Senior Officer. I was on about to resign even placed resignatiom but some people motivated me and told me "People learn from mistakes". The mistake I have done before was much higher than yours. I got over it. Think about it again. Dont take decisions too fast. Maybe one day you will recognize that you resigned for such thing.

There wasn't any mistakes done. Since i explained the situation to some of you guys. I don't want to make it a big thing, that's why i made a long story short.
The situation got handled unfairly, pretty clear that he took his friendship before his duty.. Anyway , I wish to resign from my position, and that's my final decision.

Good luck mate, but i notice you were talking about me, as you know or dont whatever, im resigned officer, i was that guy on radio, i wasnt yelling at you or disrespecting you, i was trying to teach you as well was dimos, but you wouldnt listen to us you started to insulting me over /pm but ok, as i got more expirience, and i say to you, "You are a cadet for christ sake, act like one", i was trying to tell you, that you need to show SAPD that you are worthy to become an officer, officer isnt just a rank, its a responsibility, and you wouldnt take it serioulsy, now i dont know why are you resigning, as evrybody said learn from mistakes, but your decision mate, you do with your life whatever you want, good luck once agin, sorry if i disrespect you!
