(http://i42.tinypic.com/24x2w44.png) | Cadet: AsifBaloch Session: #1: Introduction to Police Duty Duration: 1 hrs Grade: N/A Passing Requirement: N/A | I am very impressed by this Cadet. Despite him having a lot to learn and being fairly new to Argonath and its concept, he is a very fast learner and seems to be willing to learn. He understands what is taught to him very well. Cadet even managed to learn how to roleplay today, which alone on itself is a great achievement. Cadet, keep on doing a good job and I believe you will be a great addition to this team! Make sure to read Academy #2: Patrol and Response for your next session. | (http://i55.tinypic.com/w2d65w.png) |

(http://i42.tinypic.com/24x2w44.png) | Cadet: AsifBaloch Session: #2: Patrol and Response Duration: 1,5 hrs Grade: 4/10 Passing Requirement: 7/10 | Cadet, obvious flaws are to be seen in this session. I commended you during the first session, but it seems as if you've forgotten everything since then. I have to constantly keep reminding you to roleplay, plus you forget all the procedures when it comes to arresting a suspect. It is obvious that you did not read the material carefully, such as how to conduct a pull over, as I had to guide you through everything and you were not able to think on your own. You were not updating the radio and being pretty much useless as the radio operator. Another BIG flaw is that you're way too slow. You take your time to do everything. By the moment you report someone in custody in the radio, I am already in the WBPD. It takes you FIVE minutes to drive from WBPD to LHPD or to type out a single radio report. The fact that you keep coming and going in a session, going AFK without any prior notice and then leaving in the middle of the session does not help. Asure you can stick to the end if you are taking one, otherwise take it at another time. So far I am displeased with your performance in this session. Re-read the material carefully, and also re-read the material from the first session, as you seem to have forgotten everything right after you passed it. | (http://i55.tinypic.com/w2d65w.png) |
