We understand, it's just that we previously had several officers who would have promising careers ahead of themselves but would quit VCPD due to pressure from their clanmates to turn criminal. You knew the material well, and also knew how to operate the radio, though it can be a little bit better, like how you said a wrong ID one time and forgot to say who was the driver in your unit. During the pullover you did on [NAR]Bamba, you were calm and respectful to him, even though he wasn't, which is a very good trait in my book. But since he was angry and aggressive, next time, you be more assertive and tell people like that to chill out. Its important to read the civilians. Also he was noticeably armed during the interaction, holding MP5 out, which is threatening, so you should have also told him to holster it and put it away. Whether it was requesting an academy session completely unprepared, or refusing to learn, you'd always find some way to disappoint us. We've been observing complete disregard for the academy material and refusal to learn, attempts at cheating and slacking your way through the academy, refusing to put an inch of work into your career here. You have been proven to be completely useless on the field, whining and crying in the radio while your collegues are busy pursuing the suspect.
