Dear Free Officer QSens_Cems,
I believe you would require a tad bit more experience as an Officer. I did not get to see you in full swing action, however, I did have the opportunity to see you perform a routine traffic stop. The "suspect" was an 'F.B.I.' Agent who performed a minor speeding offense and after a long chat, you gave him a ticket for $150. This seems rather high for a minor speeding offense.
You also didn't seem to quite understand that the offender was an 'F.B.I.' Agent and you kept on referring to him as a normal civilian.
I do see alot of good things in you though and I'm sure that if I ever get a chance to see you perform in all different areas such as driving, shooting, situation handling and such, you would blow me away. Keep working and make us proud, as if I do get a chance to monitor your actions a bit more thoroughly, I will post here wth my opinions and results.

I just dont get wat is the problem with the ticket 150$ and i gave hem 50$ dude and he wasnt on duty :S hes name was white so i didnt know and when i drive and police stop me they give me ticket 150-200 and i pay :S without problem i just cant understand wat is the problem here ?

Yes, I know you did lower the price of the ticket after being asked to do so, also, we told you multiple times that he was an 'F.B.I.' Agent yet he was still reffered to as a normal civilian by you. I'm not saying you're a bad Free Officer, do not get me wrong, I am just expressing my opinion about you via what I have seen from that one traffic stop. Like I said, if I get any chance to see you perform in all different fields/areas, I will surely post my opinion and experience here for others to see.

Ok Mate its ur opinion but wat i try to tell you that the FBI Agent was hes name white so i didnt get it other cop said to me he is fbi i said hes name white didnt know until he told me /showbadge id anyway can i other job else Free Cop .
And new thing i got license :D

frederik it doesnt matter if he is a FBI agent,
if he isnt on duty it doesnt matter,
and even if he is on duty it doesnt matter,
you can fine other cops too
being FBI isnt something special in this,
if im off duty and get pulled over,
does it matter that im a Sergeant? no,
and the same goes for FBI,
speeding is only allowed when responding to an emergency,
and being FBI doesnt make speeding legal

Dear Seargent Bianconeri,
I am not saying being an 'F.B.I.' Agent is something special, you misunderstood what I said. Quite simply, and well put, all I said was that he kept referring to the Agent as a normal civilian even when we told him he was not. There's nothing wrong in that, I'm just pointing it out. I also know you can pull over other Officers, as I have done so before, as well as the fact that when I am off duty, I am opened to getting a fine if I do anything wrong, and I have nothing against that. You misunderstood what I was saying.

Just an extra note on freecop Qsens, it took one of his fellow freecops screaming "STOP SHOOTING" to get him to quit firing a
combat shotgun at an unarmed suspect.
Read up on the rules kid.

Firing combat shotguns and M4's on an unarmed suspect, who is running on foot, is against the SAPD policy. Also, calling other people 'noobs' is against the server rules. Like Squeak said, read the rules.

The suspect was runner and we chased hem hours then hes car blow and start to run then i shot on hem and the cop start to attack me with hes nitestick and the suspect run away so i called u noob for that

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of this as we use cover names too!).
Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime. This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.
U need now to applie for an SAPD Academy Class (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=3189.0) and wait to become accepted, after accepted to a class contact ur trainer.
Remember we will contact you, not the other way round for Examens/final test.
