Title: Truck blip in radar

Hey,

Today a bug happened,it was a truck blip in my radar and it happened with most of the players including xiao.Please note that xiao was in the police and the bug happened to him. I hope this will be fixed quickly  :cheesy:

Bugs within VC:MP server should be reported directly to me and I will forward them to the scripters. However, this bug is already known to us and we are trying to find a fix for it, but it appears to be a bug related to the client itself rather than our scripts.
