Title: Reporting Kappa

Report against: VCPD Officer/ SWAT Trainee

Name(s) of those reporting: [EAF]Silent


Reasons: Severe Breach of Regulations. Usage of a shotgun on an unarmed man

Other Details: The officer was well aware of the regulations and should have searched me first before ramming me and using a shotgun. I would like to add that while i did threaten the officer not with death just that i would give him a beating if he didnt leave the area where the scene took place. I hope you will take reasonable punishment for this officer

I would also like to add that the officer didnt give any warning that he was gonna kill me. Which is allowed to be reported despite me being killed

That would be a server rulebreak and should be sent to the administration email if you believe that is the case.
Then again, treat others as you wish to be treated. Quite big expectations from you when I've heard you giving similar treatment for the officers in a roleplay as well.. :)

The way I see it is that this was a roleplay situation, as established by the preceeding local chat. Therefore, we cannot punish the officer as this report is completely void in terms of roleplay evidence, seeing how you died.



Anyhow, the report end conclusion is left for Captain DaniGold to decide.

I opened fire on the suspect as my life was thretend. I did not know he was unarmed but i feared for my life as his friend was near and awaiting to smuggle a car, i acted quick which was a mistake. i bring my depest apology to the passed away suspect for my unawerness of situation.

Investigation of complaint against Officer Kappa

Findings:

Decisions:
Opening fire towards a suspect without issuing a warning beforehand is a breach of the VCPD regulations, but, with the exception that a person's life is in danger.
Kappa acted the way he did with the purpose of keeping himself alive.
Therefore, Kappa will not receive any punishment for his actions.

This report is hereby closed. Thank you Silent for trying to make sure VCPD isn't corrupt. We hope you learn that you should not issue death threats to officers of the law, or civilians.
