5. Why would you like to join the Vice City Police Department?:
Because I like to serve in duty for the state of Vice City and because I always wanted to leave my past behind and start a new life. A life where I can be another man...more loyal...more clean then i was before
6. Why do you think you are a suitable candidate to become a VCPD Cadet?:
I think I am suitable for this role because I have the loyality and the dedication to become a VCPD Officer

7. Have you ever had any criminal ties in Vice City? If so, please explain:
Yes, I had a lot of criminal ties in Vice City but the justice made me pay for everything and now I can say that I am a clean man
8. Do you have any previous experience in other Argonath RPG Police Departments?:
I was a VCPD Cadet once, but I resigned due to the inactivity
9. Do you agree to follow VCPD Procedures and Regulations as well as server rules?

Since everyone's been given a fair chance recently, you will be too.
Similarly like in Luchgox's case, your application might take a while to process due to your previous display of indecisiveness. While we are willing to let you give another go, we want to make sure that you will actually remain loyal this time first.

Maddy was a VCPD Officer, so did Luchgox was.

But you left in middle many times, you screwed up more than them. So, you need to provide me a reason to trust you or your application might not move ahead. This will be solely based on your next reply, so keep in mind what you're going to say.

Xioa is right. I had my PC broken but it is fixed now, i hope...At the moment I can not be very active because I got some exams in the next 2 weeks. When I will get some free time I will try to come online and play a little bit. Sorry for not replying earlier.

Conclusion

The Vice City Police Department has found the Final Examination results were very bad & decided NOT TO PROMOTE Cadet Aky. He has to re-take his session no. 1 after 24 hours & can have his final exam after a week.

Extended Response:
Cadet Aky, I've been seriously disappointed that the first thing I asked you, the most simplest in session #1, but instead of answering it right or either wrong. You decided to look at the academic boards for answers, making an excuse that you're not replying fast as you need to 'find' your words? I prefer you to look at all the academic material again. Take the session no. 1 once again. Prove yourself to be a VCPD Officer. You should know that in final exam, almost all the important material is asked from cadets which they've learnt in the academic sessions before. I know you've potential to become a shinning star of VCPD, as seeing your scores in previous session, I know you can do it but you've to make sure you know each & everything to be an officer.

I think your rather crippling activity, with your extremely short play sessions that don't allow you to gather proper experience, are the problem. The easiest way to learn all that's needed to pass the exam is field experience, hence why most active and dedicated cadets usually pass from first try.

But as Ray mentioned, do not be discouraged. You aren't the first one, nor the last one to fail. I remember that some of the most memorable and useful people the department once had have failed more than once.

Passing the academy is like riding a bike. Its easy to learn and once you learn it, you simply remember it.. kinda.
But what seems to be your biggest issue Aky, is that you are riding the bike so slowly that it tips over. Sure, picking up speed might be intimidating, but its for your own good.

Please, pick up the speed and pass the academy. I know you can do it. ;)
