To go further, about Klaus' case,

You died, so I have no idea how dead men are speaking, but I'll still go ahead and explain this.
I logged in to have a quality time with some of my fellow VCPD members, to see a gang fued between Sopranos and the NARs, I respond to the situation to see that the server bugged me of all my weapons and I was unarmed. Leaving me defenseless.

This gangwar was taking place at Soprano's mansion, just as I went in there, I saw a pack right at the enterance, without even seeing what was inside it, I picked it. Since I was being shot at by couple of dudes, I had no idea that pack even had M60 inside it, until I killed Carlos_Lehder with it.

I'll post logs about me restocking after I picked that pack.

even if it is RP, explain how dead men just come around to the police department and report of a guy shooting at someone with an illegal weaponry?

You must realize that this situation was do or die.

Hadn't I picked that pack, I'd be dead. You must realize that Carlos_Lehder (a.k.a [SS]Freak, sry for blowing cover xD), is a very skilled player.

I could've never got out of that situation by punching my way through.

If I was killed after I had taken the screenshots, then yes the evidence couldn't have been used.

Anyway thank you for explaining why you felt the need to pick a criminal's pack and then use an illegal weapon to kill a suspect. I understand now. Still unsure if VCPD will be happy with that or not.

About Klaus' report, the thing here is not that only you picked the pack but killed ths suspect with an illegal weapon which is the trouble here. The pack also contained shotgun and silenced ingrams which you could easily used to kill him.

The matter will be discussed within Command Staff and we will get back to you soon.

and shit, the other day I was killed as a civilian at the smugglers yacht(Klaus invited me, I rejected it, hence leading him to kill me), I requested you if I could come to the end and stay far away to just watch. You straight up teleported me to the land of Narnia for even asking so. And now, you return to a scene that you died at, as another guy. I could've returned to the scene as another guy, who just happened to be in VCPD.

Really dude, make up your mind. You make the rules, live up to it. We're all below the rules, don't try and go above it whenever you want to just because you're in control.

Therefore, Officer Callahan has provided sufficient evidence to prove that no crime has been committed in that regard.

Preliminary Conclusion:
Complainant Klaus's evidence dismissed as invalid due to the fact of death in the roleplay situation being established.
Complainant Panzer's claims have been successfully argued by Officer Callahan.
Evidence provided lacks any indications of being taken in a roleplay manner whatsoever, seeing how reports of such nature are treated as roleplay.

A different character took the picture, but he was not a news reporter Maddy but actually an Ex-RAF pilot who just happened to pass by the situation in his helicopter and witness the brutality of yourself executing Carlos with an M60 machinegun. Well, as far as I am concerned, dying in the roleplay means dying in the roleplay and the "dead men do not talk" rule applies in this situation regardless. We usually frown upon people having one thousand characters to justify or bend the common rules of the server, as well as do not allow the officers to do it either. So it is only fair that we do not consider your evidence valid.
