ANSWER HERE Because the police mean a lot to me, and like kill criminal and Because the current status of law in vice city is not good. People openly commit crimes, smuggle cars, murder, rob shops and each others without any fear of law. I want to help in increasing the fear or law in these criminals who think they are invincible and can do whatever they wish

Officer displays extreme lack of competence and ability to follow orders. His application does not impress me either. I would say he is not suitable now for the same reason he was not a month ago.

Though you are good in combat, you use your high ping to wipe out criminals, yet you have problems with communications. Please improve your English a bit so that you can understand what we say.

Improve your english, your behaviour and don't try to make jokes like kind of those, which can cause you serious punishment and yet spend more time with the police, and not as a criminal.

You still haven't changed from your last attempt, and on top of that, you do crime behind our backs? It seems like you only took backwards steps. Next time you try, you better make sure your'e at-least 10% fitting, which you aren't right now. You are welcome to re-apply whenever you wish, if you find that you are better suited in future.
