Report against: Radon

Name(s) of those reporting: UFr.mystik (those who saw with me can prove it)


Reasons: Usage of lethally weapons on 'one bounty' criminal.

Other Details: Leeonox/Leonodas Slasto tried to assault Thomas Lopez but unfortunately failed because VCPD was present and stopped him, Radon abused his powers and used lethal force on Leonodas Slasto who had only one bounty. Anyway they he was already on SWAT duty because gang war was expected but it wasn't ddefinitely confirmed because absence of staff no gang war should be done, if not mistaken.

I went on SWAT duty as it could possibly happen a gangwar, and possibly getting outnumbered after. I even wanted to go by surprising them once it was ignited. Instead, Lennox opened fire in which we quickly suspected him, and going after him to kill. You can ask Shaun too as he was a witnesser here.

Alright so here's what im going to say, we were just called by 911 to come to Little Havana because of a possible gang war according to silent.

We then rushed to the area, and seeing how there was quite a fair number of people here, i told Radon to go SWAT, but then seeing how the situation was calm, after that i told him to go off-duty from SWAT, but then he decided to stay on SWAT Duty to surprise then as we may be instantly outnumbered.

And then the provokative comments arrived there, on BAJWA's behalf, he was looking to crash the Roleplay most of the time, but on Leonnox's behalf, at first i didn't know what the guys were talking about in that fuss until leonnox said he was ''someone from that scene's dad'' and then started discharging his weapon

And there Radon rushed from the back of LVPD thinking it was the gang war, with his SWAT Gear started shooting Leonnox, ended up in killing him, explaining it in main chat was worthless as that was an incorrect act, i however take part of the guilt for giving Radon the idea of going SWAT, but i also told him to go back to VCPD Duty after thinking about it, so, that was all i have to say, rest relies on Radon and Mystik and High Command.

Investigation of complaint against Senior Officer Radon

Findings:

• Bodies involved:
  VCPD Senior Officer and SWAT Operative Radon
  VCPD Senior Officer Shaun_Schmidt
  Citizen UFr.Mystik
  Criminal Leonnox_Slatso
  Citizen [EAF]Silent
  A couple of unknown gang members
  
• Silent reports by calling 911 of a possible gang war in Little Havana.
• Radon and Shaun rush to the location.
• Shaun suggests Radon should approach as SWAT in preparation of the impending gang war, and due to both of them being heavily outnumbered.
• Once they both arrive, they find that the situation seems to be calm, so Radon goes to LHPD to be on standby in order to surprise the criminals if a gang war starts, while Shaun stays nearby the scene.
• Leonnox approaches Shaun while heavily armed, acts weird (possibly under influence) and starts shooting, hence getting suspected for discharging a weapon in public.
• Radon, assuming the action is the gang war, rushes to the scene and kills Leonnox.

Decisions:
SWAT regulations are strict as should be, no doubt about it. Having SWAT gear ready while expecting a situation that requires it, is not against the regulations.
Radon's goal in his actions was to keep the law from being broken, and to protect his teammate, Shaun; and these are the actions he is expected to go for.
Therefore, Radon will not receive any punishment for his actions.
