Dear law enforcement and citizens of the City of Vice,

Vice City Police Department would like to announce and invite you to its summer ceremony of the year 2018!
We will announce promotions and awards, changes, atleast one speech, changes in VCPD and its work, and more.

Ceremony will take place in Washington Beach Police Department on 15:00 CET, 21st July (Saturday).

Unfortunately I couldn't show up because of irl stuff.

Especially Radon & Shaun, keep up the great work, you are the pillars of VCPD/SWAT. Good job!!
