Reinstatement of Crusey Edward


1. In-game nickname and your full roleplay name:
Darkness202, Crusey Edward

2. Former known names:
DarkPower202, Peridot (there's a lot, I forgot some)

3. What was your rank when you left the LCPD:
LCPD Officer

4. When and why did you leave the LCPD:
Somewhere after T4 is released and Argonath moved there, my computer's broken at that time so I have gone inactive saving for new lappy.
Haven't got what I wanted yet so I'm still using this old computer that I worked so hard to fix it. I'll have problems with lag & low fps.

5. Are you currently member of any other law enforcement group or department in Argonath?:
No

6. Have you been reinstated before? If 'yes', what was/were the reasons you left?:
Yes, I was fired out of LCPD on April 10, 2017 cause I was banned from the server.

7. Why do you want to be reinstated?:
I would like to reinstate because I have been missing a lot on T4 and I want to continue my duty here as an LCPD Officer with returned activity.
Perhaps, I would likely need a training session again cause of the new T4 update, learning what's new.

8. Have you read and understood the server rules, application rules and the LCPD procedures?:
Yes, I have read and understand the server rules, the LCPD application rules & procedures.

13/08/2018

Duration of my patrol:
1 Hour, 30 Minutes

My patrol partners:
None available

Suspects pursued:
No suspects

Traffic stops conducted:
Steve_McQueen - Over Speeding - Fined $100

Incidents:
Started my shift from DPD, I began patrolling EIC - Outlook.
Saw a speeding vehicle when I was around Outlook and managed to perform a traffic stop,
driver was fined for speeding above the speed limit.

Later than that, I assisted EMS going for a mission on Charge Island.
All the peoples on-board the ship on fire were evacuated and is marked safe.

Additional notes:
I forgot to buy some donuts to eat.

LCPD Senior Officer - Fearon_Gatsby

Suspects pursued:
No suspects

Traffic stops conducted:
None

Incidents:
It was a clear day, started shift from DPD & began patrolling several areas.
Senior'e Fearon joined in as my patrol partner and we began patrolling Algonquin.
We saw someone farming around Outlook and well, didn't manage to catch the person.

Additional notes:
Timezone is my main problem.

LCPD Senior Officer - Fearon Gatsby

Suspects pursued:
NiSaNz - Evading Traffic Stop - Escaped

Traffic stops conducted:
NiSaNz - Reckless Driving - Suspected - Escaped
NiSaNz - Overspeeding - Warned

Incidents:
Began my shift from DPD as I regularly do, patrolling Downtown & spotted a speeding vehicle.
Managed to perform traffic stop but the driver refuses to pay the ticket, driver went away & suspected, lost VC and he got away.
Senior'e Fearon came on and we patrolled several areas.
Once again spotted a vehicle speeding on MGS & it was the same person, gave a warning ticket.

Additional notes:
Dropping activity due to work.
