Overview:
I was Foot Patrolling with (ARPD Freecop) Neal. We have Decided start of the Foot Patrol at The City Hall. So, we can update the status on radio and park the cruiser near City Hall.
After a while, we can buy some coffee's and donuts and walking around on public street and keep eyes open, after few mints we decided to changed the street, foot patrolling at MGS and we notice black Bufalo. We try to talking to the civillian, Like Hows day etc, He tries to offer a cigars and we accept his offer and talks.
After a while he tries to leave and he throw a pistol from the jacket and he tries to kick the pistol from beside the car but i saw thats and i was stop him, He got scared and i was takes his pistol on the ground and Nods the Officer. when Neal can aiming him, he can surendered and saying louds "i have a liciense from his Pistol" so, my partner grabs him and i was frisking his body. I founds liciense and passport from his jacket.
i was looking his liciese, His look like a Fake but he start crying and saying its not fake blablablablablablabla etc. Actually he got scared and /reports the admin after few mints admin can deal him, Admin can said that he don't want "RP" so, he goes left.
Well, we have decided to back to the station but cruiser is not available and no units for pickup so, we were notice FBI Agent in black Bufalo so, we ask him "Did you drop us at DPD". he said "YES", he is a Good guy .
