Reinstatement of Neal Swanson

Neal_Swanson, Neal Swanson.

2. Former known names:
Neal_Caffrey.

3. What was your rank when you left the LCPD:
LCPD Sergeant and N.O.O.S.E CIU Senior Detective.

4. When and why did you leave the LCPD:
I do not exactly remember when, I am sorry. However, I remember that the reason was my inactivity and in real life issues.

5. Are you currently member of any other law enforcement group or department in Argonath?:
I am a member of The Swanson Family, nothing else.

6. Have you been reinstated before? If 'yes', what was/were the reasons you left?:
Yes, same reason I left the first time.

7. Why do you want to be reinstated?:
LCPD is the greatest division I served under. I would like to come back and serve more to protect Libert City from criminal acts. I am so excited to come back and handle the honor of being in such a great responsibility. This time I am more mature, serious and dedicated to serve well with activity.

8. Have you read and understood the server rules, application rules and the LCPD procedures?:

For the first concern, Swanson is just a regular family that allows any kind of RP character and at the same time disallows any criminal act.

15/12/2018

Duration of my patrol:
3 hours.

My patrol partners:
ARPD Freecop Xebec.
FBI 2nd Commander Hurricane.

Suspects pursued:
badboydhia - Failure To Comply - Wasted.
Dante - Was not proven guilty.

Traffic stops conducted:
N/A

Incidents (30 words minimum!):
It was a busy day with two suspects, badboydhia took long to be taken down. It was a long chase from first island to the second, 3 units were after him. He was driving a Futo. He was stopped and lethal force had to used against the suspect because he kept running away on foot even after several warnings to surrender.

Dante wasn't proven guilty because he assumed that he is a trashmaster driver and was back from work. He was suspicious because he was next to a planted pot. We didn't have any evidence against him unfortunately.

Maybe cover more areas.

Really quiet day, patrolled around lots of places but everyone was going along the law with no illegal acts. (My Internet stopped after 30 minutes of playing that is why I couldn't stay more).

Suspects pursued:
LaraCroft - Failure To Comply - Wasted.

Traffic stops conducted:
LaraCroft - Decided to not comply and run away.

Incidents (30 words minimum!):
Amazing day with Officer Xebec. We found a citizen that was parked incorrectly. We asked the citizen to simply park in the right way. However, the citizen refused as she does not believe the law says so. We had to issue a ticket but the citizen refused to pay, she was asked to step out of her vehicle to be arrested under the reason of "Failure to comply". The citizen decided to flee away but was caught and lethal force had to be used.

It was a nice day, one suspect but succeeded to flee away. However, officers were spread around every island but we couldn't manage to catch him, hopefully next time. Did not witness any big crimes thankfully.

My activity is pretty much zero. I know that is a disappointment but I am just facing a lot of issues that block me away from playing. However, if you guys see that withdrawing my application and postponing it to when I am perfectly able to play and fulfill good activity, I can not agree less. On the other hand, if keeping my application on hold till I come back works out, I also agree with that. I can keep the decision for you, as a higher knowing command.
