Motivation that brings up my ability to fight against criminal is to be a good cop in any ways, hard work and patience to serve our citizen, never underestimate partner and never let down them, No matter what we have now is experience, so by that I'm willing to have more experience about everything in this world, especially learning to have experience in a bigger place such as becoming a N.O.O.S.E. Official

TRU

I have observed and seen how the Tactical Response Unit work, it motivated me when i saw how they communicate and teamwork all the time. I also liked the TRU work in general.

15. Explain what team work means to you and why is it important in a law-enforcement agency.
Teamwork is one of the most important things you should take care of. Teamwork makes the job a lot quicker and a lot easier, without teamwork, you would fail, in many cases.
