Have you got a driver license? If so, issued by which Driving School? [needed]:
Have you read "How To Become A SAPD Officer" in General board? [needed]: yes ewerything
Have you got any criminal records?:no
Are you able to use Team Speak with a Microphone?: yes
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department?: as officer i will have more respect than freecop i fancy beeing cop
Describe yourself in few sentences:im not good in heli driving but im good in  :war: and driving

1) We dont ask you about US Passport.. we ask you about, do you have a passport in-game....
2) You do not have passport, so you do not have driver license also...
3) Did you really try to read that guide?

He played for just three days, It's improbable he has passport, and therefore the driver license.
You have to play more, to receive the passport by an admin in the City Hall and then you can reapply, I think..

I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

I believe you need more time to get an idea how SAPD operates (we are the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
