To contribute to law enforcement in VC:MP as well as the server atmosphere. I wish to demonstrate my expertise and my passion within the VCPD in order to improve it where possible.

Experiences have taught me a lot, I've been in the VCPD and the VCFBI before, as well as serving the SAPD. (Yes, I'm active enough to handle the two)

No, aside from the time I went undercover for the FBI in the Slasto Family.

VICE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT
INCIDENT REPORT

Description:
I began my shift at Havana PD and received a call that there was a suicidal on top of the Starfish Manor. I immediately responded, and began negotiations. The man was looking for a "Sezar Adonis" because he apparently wanted him to confess his homosexual love to him. The man refused to let me up on the roof at distance to talk, and so I continued to keep him at bay while ARPD Officer Martino Gonzales searched Ocean Beach for Mr. Adonis. The search was unsuccessful. I had an idea to sneak in from the back entrance and began until I had an even more effective idea. There was a local on-scene, a servant of the Starfish Manor owner, allegedly. He was seeking to assist, and so I asked him if he knew how to pilot a helicopter, as Officer Gonzales would be required to keep the suicidal at bay.

We found a Maverick helicopter, and so I attached a harness to rappel down onto the roof. I remained strapped in, but time was critical. I jumped out of the helicopter and rappeled down to the rooftop, immediately strapping the suicidal in. I secured the harness and the pilot flew us to Washington Beach Police Station.

The man was admitted to a psychiatric facility and managed to rehabilitate.

VICE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT
INCIDENT REPORT

Description:
There were some people driving vehicles down the highway towards Downtown VC. I gave pursuit and suspected them for drag racing. They all attempted to evade, and one even fired their gun at other Officers! I managed to shoot them down and confiscated their arms. The others were remanded to custody.

During the interrogation with FBI Director Klaus, they identified themselves as "Nenad Belik" and "Kool Kat". Nenad was on charges of public endangerment, reckless driving and evading justice. Kool Kat was on the same charges, along with accessory to homicide.

Nenad Belik was eventually declared guilty, frisked, and then jailed. All firearms were confiscated.

After that, Kool Kat was interrogated, which was eventually suspended awaiting a legal representative known as "Powerpuff Girl" who never appeared. Kool Kat was later somehow killed in custody, allegedly due to a nightstick blow so hard that she died. To be investigated.
