But he has a limited rank.
When you're in a mafia/gang, you have a limited rank.
But he will have no difficult to become a officer.

Well , my point is to become an officer and not swat/fbi, you can't join them when you are in Corleone as Wayne said.

Rejected, You can Join us at the moment even if your an member of an crime family, just make sure you make an difference of Role Play character when your on duty as cop and when you role play an Mafia member.. You may re-apply.
