Not sure, I've always used IMG Tool.

It's the TXD and DFF files, if you can get it to work with SAMI then go for it.

I personally prefer IMG Tool, it only does exactly what you tell it to do.

OMG this is ****ing awesome! Continue the mods!!!

Any chance I can do a request for a special Crown Vic model that at the moment doesn't exist in the modding community? :)
It uses the Crown Vic model, but an older light bar and department design.

I can't actually model cars at the present time, all my cars end up being a big huge blog of messed colors, and the ones that actually appear to work and take shape, are like 5 semi-trucks long in length in the game engine (not visually).

Still trying to figure out how 3d studio max works with modeling cars.

I can do textures, though. I'm trying to find someone who can mod for Code 3 Industries.

Rory if you wouldnt mind, ill throw a few more lights in there for you, since i model with 3DS Max 2011, and they can be ELM's compitable like i make all my cars.
