Officer Angle's resignation request to Chief Pancher
Officer Stacey Angel's reasons to leave.
Forword - Dear Chief Pancher, i hereby request a honourfull resignation.
Herby i want to destroy the contract we signed.
My apologies some may be offended.
1 to 5.
1 ) The ARPD is one bunch of stress and inexperience at dangerous situations.
2 ) Request backup at a Code 2 low radar, i have to wait at least 10 minutes for backup ( if they come ).
3 ) Gang-Activity / Armed criminals - Make me fear for my life EVERY day i patrol.
4 ) The inexperienced cadets ( no offence ) often make your job harder then it already is. My apologies to the persons that are offended.
5 ) My new life takes the most of my time, i cant continue tike this.

Dear officers and cadets in the ARPD department located in: San Fierro, Las Venturas and Los santos.
Almost all my life i have lived in the terms of ''to serve and protect'' as a young kid i already made many hours as hallpass duty's, on highschool i was the yard officer. On college i was the Campus police 1st class and two ribbons. When i became a cadet, i was trained by Hank Rafferty, Pancher and Brains, these men made me the first Female officer opperational at that time. I always will miss this force, maybe one day i might apply as a new cadet, untill then i want to wish you the best. Dont make me find out some gangsters or maffiosa kild you. Keep save..

To captain Hank Rafferty : When you was a chief.. You were the best mentor i could wish, i am happy we became friends and now the day still are.
To Chief Pancher : To help me with the codes and district test. You leurned me the roots and i still remember everything you teached me!
To Captain Brainz ( Brainiac ) : You did the same as pancher, you instructed me so much.. You and pancher showd me allot.. Thanks.
To Ben_Samiir : Thanks.. for being my first trainie ever.. After you many followed.. You teached me the true band with your patrol partner.
And last, Officer Syn : For patroling with me.. You made me smile after a long time of depression, i am happy that we are such good friends.

The quality of SAPD is decreasing every days...
And the quantity of criminals is increasing every hours...
