Description/Report:

During the training, I assessed several aspects, as seen above.  Ibrahim Karachi is, in my opinion, a great applicant to the ARPD.  He has definately shown a great level of dedication, and seems to be working hard at his job.

Among the aspects which I assessed, I was able to quickly pick out one of his strong points, and one of his weaknesses.  His aim and accuracy while shooting is amazing.  However, his driving is lacking.

If he can brush up on his vehicle control, he will be a great all-round police officer.  He has patience, skill, and knowledge.  Three things an officer must have.

I hereby highly recommend this applicant to be accepted into the ARPD.

Not a bad cop but you still need some practise on communicating on radio while driving, i know its hard i find it difficult too but i stop for  a bit report it and get back to pursuit again ;)

Nice cop have good shooting skills,driving skills too and co-operative :)
