I think the best freecop i have ever seen,knows laws,codes,good driving and shooting skills, he roleplays so well at traffic stop and have passed the SASD quicker then me iam amazed, definetly ready for Cadet.

Overall SAPD Vallen is an excellent officer, he has a bit of a temper but that will tone down as time goes by, he also has a backbone not seen by many of current freecops or cadets. 

i advise givign him a chance at cadet and see how he handle it.

Summary
Vallen is very good at role play, and taking proper action. However, he didn't satisfy my level of radio usage. He knows his codes, his locations, and what to do, however needs to practice using the /r communications radio while on patrol more often with status changes.

I'd just like to add a comment about my reason for wanting to join, "I enjoy helping others, and making a positive contribution to the community. I would also like to join because I have a great interest in police operations, and would like to become more involved with them."

 I've noticed a number of people who are using the exact same reason, on here and the SASD site as well. I'd just like to come out and say that I didn't steal it off someone else. I don't want to be portrayed as someone who didn't put in the time to come up with a personalized response to that question. I have no idea why other people are using it.

Also, thanks to everyone who has offered feedback on my performance, I appreciate the support and criticism.
