I'm in SAPD long enough to understand reason of movement and to see the future. Its not the first time people move to FBI and after short period of time - come back.

So why there are some people who are into the FBI since years?
Trust me, unless someone will fail, almost none will come back to the SAPD.
At least, I'm not trying to join the FBI for privileges, commands etc. I'm joining because that's what I really want and always wanted, I don't care how stressful and hard it will be.

Want examples of at least 25 people who left SAPD for FBI then back from FBI to SAPD?

They are both good organizations but people are jumping ship because the word FBI sounds cool to them and most know nothing about it, although some like Mr.Pazienza most likely do. However it does not matter in the long run because people will do what they want. Both organizations I hope do well.

and look at how many ppl stay long, in ARPD its very long, im around here for 1,5 to 2 years,
and a lot more are even longer
