Few things.
1. You must have a passport and a Drivers License to become a cadet.
2. How the hell have you played for 5 months and not have a passport? Thats makes no since and i thinks your lying.
So i suggest you get a passport, License, then apply.

WTF? you havnt been playing for 5 months, I havnt seen you once and im very active on argonath. Not that its anything to do with me :cop: But why is the reason you want to join so you can get a new colour name? doesnt sound like your very determaned to join or really know what SAPD is.
